My Story

“I’ve been downsized” …now what?

In 2001, for the first time in my life, I experienced a career setback and was “laid off” as Creative Director for Net2Phone. The questions, the uncertainty, the terrible unknown was right in front of me. I wasn’t prepared for this. I was a valuable contributor! I went to Acapulco to refocus!!

This was the perfect creative solution and allowed me to see my situation in a new light. SchneiderCreative was born in March of 2002.  I experienced freedom to create and expand my horizons beyond the job right in front of me.

“If it doesn't sell It’s not Creative – David Ogilvy”. The objective is to communicate with each other – to personalize the experience – to bring us all home. Emotions still drive good advertising and marketing. A purchase is an emotional decision and your brand is the “promise” that your product or service will live up to. It will not disappoint. That’s the guiding philosophy behind SchneiderCreative.

I am a generous, uncomplicated, work-my-ass off and I-don’t-back-down-from-a-challenge kind of guy. I love my work, appreciate a good joke, and surround myself with talented people who share the same philosophy: Results Are Everything.
